# The call map and the twelve test calls (free sample)

A free sample from the AI Receptionist and Booking Agent Template by PaperChaseWebb. Works with any voice agent platform, set up with Claude Code, Codex or any coding agent.

A phone receptionist is only as good as the map it books from and the tests it passed before a real caller heard it. Here are both.

## The call map

Fill this in with the business owner before anyone writes a prompt.

## Two rules

1. The agent says it is an AI assistant in its first sentence, every call.
2. The agent picks services and slots from ids returned by live lookups. It never types them as free text, and code rejects any write that does not match.

## The twelve test calls

Run on a test number and a test calendar. Twelve passes in a row before going live.

## A check prompt
