## The rule

The agent drafts and tracks. A person sends. Anything the agent could not verify gets marked, not guessed.

## What to pull from a transcript

- **Decisions:** things agreed.
- **Commitments:** things owed, by us or by the client, each with a quoted source line.
- **Questions:** things nobody answered.
- **Flagged:** any commitment with no clear owner or date.

## A commitment becomes a task when it has

1. One named owner, not "team".
2. A due date the owner can see.
3. A done test: what has to be true to close it.
4. A home in the tool that person already checks.

## The extraction prompt

"Read this transcript [paste] from [meeting name, date]. List decisions, new commitments, questions nobody answered and flagged items. Quote the source line for every commitment. Assign owners only from this list [names]. If an owner or date is not stated, write owner unclear or date unclear. Resolve relative dates against the meeting date and keep the original phrase."
