## How it works

1. **Score the shop and fill CALLMAP.md.** Run the fit check with the owner, then fill the call map. Mark anything unsure as UNSURE. Expected: A call map with real services, hours and a callback owner.
2. **Write the persona, script and escalation table.** Use prompts 3, 4 and 9. The disclosure is the first sentence of every call. Expected: A script that books from ids and hands out-of-script calls to a person.
3. **Add the booking checks in code.** Use prompts 5 and 6 so any write with an unknown service id or slot is rejected and logged. Expected: Tests that prove bad writes are blocked.
4. **Run the twelve test calls.** On a test number and test calendar. Twelve passes in a row before going live. Expected: A pass log you can show the owner.
5. **Hand over the run sheet.** Give the owner the one-page run sheet and set a weekly fifteen-minute review. Expected: The owner can change hours and switch the agent off alone.

**Does:** answers when the shop cannot, says up front that it is an AI assistant, follows the shop's booking script, captures the caller's name, number, service and job details, offers real open slots, books one, texts a confirmation, and leaves a record a person can read.
