Tag every line of your capability statement with the claim it rests on, keep the claims in a CSV with their status, and run:

    python3 cap_mini.py claims.csv statement.md

It flags a line with no claim tag (M1), a tag that is not in the ledger (M2), a claim marked not-evidenced (M3) and praise words such as leading, best or world-class (M4). Standard library only, read-only. Exit 0 means clean, 1 means findings, 2 means it could not read a file.

Save the three files below and run it on the example to see CLEAN. Add the line `- Cleared staff for federal facility work. [C6]` to the statement and run it again to see M3.

The full kit ($24) adds the 26-check version: invented figures, stale SAM data, set-aside statuses without the right SBA certification, customer names without permission, partial claims missing their qualifier, and a signature tied to the exact text. Plus the drafter, templates, agent rules for all four harnesses and 47 tests.
