The short version
We collect only what we need to take your payment, deliver your files and answer you. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
When you buy: Stripe collects your name, email, billing details and card. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the payment status. We do not receive your full card number.
When you email us: we keep your message and address so we can reply.
When you book a call: Calendly collects the details you enter on the booking form.
When you browse: our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To process payments, send receipts and download links, deliver services you bought, answer questions, and prevent fraud. We send email about your order. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask to join one.
Who else handles it
Stripe (payments and receipts), Cloudflare (hosting), Calendly (call booking) and our email provider (replies). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting. Emails are kept while they are useful for support. You can ask us to delete what we hold that we are not required to keep.
