What you end up with
A month of drafted posts in one spreadsheet, each one approved by you, and Buffer upload files that pass the checks before you upload them.
What you get
- Three skills: month-plan, reply-drafter, buffer-export
- AGENTS.md and brand.md template
- One-line install
- calendar_check.py: 11 read-only checks (P01 to P11)
- Buffer rules with sources
Who it is for
Small business owners who want an agent to draft their posts and replies but keep every publish decision themselves.
Works with
Solid chips: the agent is named in this listing's own tools list. Dashed chip: Plain Markdown, so it also pastes into other agents such as Grok Bot, Hermes, OpenClaw or Muse. We list those as compatible by format only, not as tested.
Tools needed
Cost to run: The pack is the only purchase. The checker uses no model tokens.
Time to result: A month of drafts and an approval pass in an afternoon
Sample prompts, free to use
Use the month-plan skill for November. Leave Approved blank.

# Small Business Social Agent Pack A month of social posts for a local business, drafted by your agent from one facts file, approved by you row by row in a spreadsheet, and exported as Buffer bulk upload files. Three installable skills (month plan, reply drafter, Buffer export), an AGENTS.md with hard nos, a brand.md template and a read-only checker that catches the mistakes that make a Buffer upload fail or a post go out unapproved. ## Contents 1. What this is, and what it will never do 2. Set up (15 minutes) 3. brand.md template 4. AGENTS.md 5. The three skills 6. calendar_check.py 7. How this was tested 8. Limits ## 1. What this is, and what it will never do You keep the keys. The agent writes plan.csv; you type yes in the Approved column for each post you want; the agent copies only those rows into buffer-<channel>.csv; you upload the files in Buffer. The agent never logs in, posts, schedules or replies. This is about posting and replies only. If you want booking, reminders, quote follow-up and review asks for a services business, that is the **Local Services Agent Kit** (pp-local-services-agent-kit); this pack does not repeat it. Buffer details in this pack (the four headers, the YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm time format, no blank rows, a direct image URL, required for Instagram, and 10 posts per channel per upload on the free plan or 100 on paid plans) come from Buffer's own guide: support.buffer.com, "How to upload posts in bulk to Buffer", and buffer.com/resources/introducing
Test record
- Date
- Oct 30, 2026
- What was run
- The install lines on a copy of the pack, the skills-ref 0.1.1 validator on the three skills, calendar_check.py on a made-up bakery plan and on one planted fault per code P01 to P11, and a missing folder. Linux, Python 3.13.5.
- Result
- Install wrote identical files; validator found no errors; PASS on the clean folder; 11 of 11 planted faults caught alone; exit 2 on a missing folder; fixtures unchanged.
- Not run
- Any upload to Buffer. The skills inside an agent for a real business. Channel limits re-checked on each platform. Windows.
Copied from this item's dated test notes. What was not run stays in.
Worth knowing
- Buffer rules come from Buffer's bulk upload guide (support.buffer.com), read 2026-10-30, not from a live upload.
- Drafts only, and no promise about reach, followers or sales.

Questions
How is this different from the Local Services Agent Kit?
That kit (pp-local-services-agent-kit) covers booking, reminders, quote follow-up and review asks. This pack covers social posts and replies only.

brand.md and the month-plan skill (free sample)
Two pieces of the Small Business Social Agent Pack: the brand.md facts template and the month-plan skill that writes a month of posts into a spreadsheet with an Approved column only you fill in.

Local Services Agent Kit: set up from the owner's voice, then booking, reminders, quote follow-up and review asks with the owner's yes on every message
The layer around an AI receptionist for shops that book by the hour. Setup starts with three questions the owner can answer by voice note, and the kit turns the answers into a profile, templates in the owner's own words and a first plan that adds one desk a week. Five desks (intake, booking, reminders, quote follow-up, reviews) then draft every customer message into one outbox, the owner approves from a twice-daily queue with a one-line reply, and two read-only Python checks catch mistakes in the setup and the outbox before anything goes out. v1.1 starts the setup with the owner talking: three questions (the shop and its jobs, how the owner talks to customers, and which message to hand off first), a suggested first plan that adds one desk a week, voice notes in (transcribed on the shop's machine or in the owner's own tool, logged with a sha256, and never counted as a yes), a straight answer to what this does that a chat you already pay for doesn't, an owner folder with setup_check.py (fifteen read-only checks) and owner.py (init, plan, note, card, and the owner's setup and standing sign-offs typed at their own terminal and tied to sha256), agent files for Grok Bot, Claude Code, Codex and Hermes, and six new prompts (18 in all). Price unchanged.

Ask-first rules for AI agents: hard nos, approval cards and a test set
Paste-in rules that make an agent ask before it sends, spends, posts or deletes, define what a real yes is, and stop retries after a no, plus 12 test scenarios to check it.
