Startup Credits Sweep: five rules and a five-check script (free sample)
by PaperChaseWebb
From the Startup Credits Sweep: five rules for going after startup credits honestly (facts first, the program's own dated page, apply only when every requirement is met, answers say your facts word for word, count credits only after approval and set a reminder before expiry), and a read-only script that checks one small file for them.

What you end up with
In a few minutes you can see whether your credit plans rest on dated program pages and your own facts, and whether any approved credit is about to run out unnoticed.
What you get
- Five sweep rules
- credits_mini.py: five read-only checks on one credits-lite.json
- One prompt for all four harnesses
- Worked example: 5 findings, then 0
Who it is for
Anyone about to apply for cloud, AI API or SaaS credits who wants a quick, honest check before filling in forms.
Works with
Solid chips: the agent is named in this listing's own tools list. Dashed chip: Plain Markdown, so it also pastes into other agents such as Grok Bot, Hermes, OpenClaw or Muse. We list those as compatible by format only, not as tested.
Tools needed
Cost to run: Free.
Time to result: About fifteen minutes to a first checked sweep
Sample prompts, free to use
Here are my company facts, each with the record it comes from: [facts]. Read the startup program pages for [programs] yourself, not a directory. For each one, give me the page, today's date, the benefit as written with any 'up to' kept, and each requirement marked meets, fails or unknown against one of my facts. Apply only where everything meets. Draft answers that use my facts word for word, and mark anything you do not have as NEEDS OWNER INPUT. Do not submit anything, create accounts or accept terms. Put it in credits-lite.json and run credits_mini.py credits-lite.json.

# Startup Credits Sweep: five rules and a five-check script (free sample)
Version 1.0, 2026-10-29. By PaperChaseWebb. For founders and small teams who want startup credits (cloud, AI API, SaaS) without guessing who qualifies or stretching a fact to fit a form. One Markdown file and one Python 3 script, standard library only. The script was tested on its worked example (5 findings, then 0) and on a missing file (exit 2). It was not run inside any agent harness or on a real application.
Credit directories show headline ceilings ("up to 350,000 USD") copied from other lists, often months old. Forms get filled in a hurry, and four people quietly becomes "a team of six". Credits that do arrive run out after a year, often with a card on file. This sample keeps a small sweep in one JSON file: your facts, each program with its page and the date you read it, the requirements matched against your facts, the answers you plan to give, and the credits you were granted. Five checks catch the common mistakes. The idea of sweeping every program in one pass with an agent comes from a reel by Pratham (@prathamunpluggedd), credited in the full pack.

## Five rules
1. **Facts first.** Write down what is true about the company, from records, Test record
- Date
- Oct 29, 2026
- What was run
- credits_mini.py on the worked example, a fixed file and a missing file.
- Result
- 5 findings, then 0; exit 2 on a missing file.
- Not run
- The prompt inside a harness. The company and programs in the example are made up.
Copied from this item's dated test notes. What was not run stays in.
Worth knowing
- The sample checks one file against five rules. Facts with their records, the full matrix, application drafts that cite facts, the expiry ledger with a due list, owner approvals by hash, starter rows for seven real programs and the fifteen checks are in the full pack.
- On 2026-10-29 credits_mini.py gave 5 findings on the worked example, then 0 on the fixed file, and exited 2 on a missing file. The prompt was not run inside a harness, and the company and programs in the example are made up.
Questions
Does it send anything anywhere?
No. It reads one file and opens no network connection.
What is in the full pack?
A facts file tied to records, a requirement-by-requirement matrix, application drafts that cite every fact, an expiry ledger with a weekly due list, credits.py with a gate for agents and owner approvals tied to a hash with one use and expiry, fifteen read-only checks with a seeded test sweep, starter rows for seven real programs, a skill file, AGENTS.md snippet and Grok Bot rules block, ten prompts and a failure table. $19.

Startup Credits Sweep: an eligibility matrix, honest applications and an expiry ledger
Sweep startup programs for cloud, AI API and SaaS credits from your own facts. Each fact names its record; each program is read on its own page with the date; each requirement is marked meets, fails or unknown against one fact, and the matrix sets the verdict. Application drafts cite every fact and say it word for word, so nothing is stretched or invented to fit a form. A ledger counts credits only after the approval notice and reminds you before each grant expires. Every application waits for the owner's yes, and the owner submits it by hand. Fifteen read-only checks run on the folder.
Compounding Offer Audit: five rules and a five-check script (free sample)
From the Compounding Offer Audit: five rules for scoring an offer on six tests (one owner, six scores and no total, a fact for every score, no 3 on say-so, one change on the weakest test), and a read-only script that checks one small file for them.

Source Shelf: five rules and a five-check script (free sample)
From the Source Shelf: five rules for a small list of industry reports (one owner, link to the publisher not the post, dated and checked, three questions every time, every figure with its quote), and a read-only script that checks one small file for them.

Agent Readiness Self-Check: score one workflow before you hand it to an AI agent
A free self-check for agencies and small businesses. Name the decision, then score one workflow across eight areas (workflow mapped, data access, approval gates, owner per agent, handoffs, cost tracking, security and vetting, measurement) with an evidence rule, three gate rules and a skeptical pass, and read your band and the next steps it allows. v1.1 starts with the decision the score will change, scores unknowns as unknown, adds rules for conflicting facts and lookalike public records, ties every band to the next steps it allows with the Production Readiness Audit before go-live, makes owner approval concrete (prepared and approved status, a one-reply approval line, decisions the agent must leave open, a done test), adds agent files for Grok Bot, Claude Code, Codex and Hermes, a second worked example (missed call to booked job), a readiness folder with a fifteen-check read-only checker, a front door test with four questions to ask anyone selling you an agent install, and a plain note on how it was tested. Still free.
