All sales of digital files are final once the file is delivered. A file cannot be returned, so please read the free preview on the product page first.

If we fail to deliver

If the file is missing, will not open, or you were charged and could not download it, email [email protected] with the email you paid with. We will resend or fix it. If we cannot deliver a working file, we will refund you in full.

Duplicate or mistaken charge

If you were charged twice for the same file, tell us and we will refund the duplicate.

Services

Services such as the Build and Install Sprint are covered by a written agreement. Any deposit and what happens if the engagement ends early are set there. Where we offer a satisfaction guarantee, it is fulfilled as a service credit and never as a cash refund or a guarantee of any revenue or business outcome.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Timing depends on your bank, often several business days.

Your legal rights

Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
