1. Who we are

paperchasewebb.ai is operated by PaperChaseWebb Inc., Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, United States. Contact: [email protected].

2. Acceptance

By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy. If you buy for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

3. Store files

Store items are digital files, such as prompt packs, templates, scripts, and guides. After checkout you are sent to a private page with a download link. Save the file; if you lose the link or it fails, email us with the email you paid with and we will send it again.

Each product page has a free preview. Read it before you buy.

4. Your license to a store file

You may use a purchased file on your own machines and accounts and for your own team. You may not resell, republish, share it outside your team, or create a competing product from it. We keep ownership of the file and everything in it.

5. Services

The Build and Install Sprint and any other service are separate engagements. Scope, fees, deliverables, and any deposit are set in a written agreement or order, which controls over these terms if they differ. Engagements that need a deposit begin after the deposit is received.

6. Fees and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on the product page and at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Taxes are added where required.

7. Refunds

Our refund terms are on the Refunds page and are part of these terms. In short, file sales are final once the file is delivered, with a fix-or-refund remedy if we fail to deliver a working file. Where we offer a satisfaction guarantee on a service, it is fulfilled as a service credit and never as a cash refund or a guarantee of any revenue or business outcome.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own accounts, data, devices, and any model or API costs you incur. Files here can touch email, shells, and other accounts: read each file, test anything that can send, spend, post, or delete in a safe environment first, and keep your own backups. Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, or try to gain unauthorized access.

9. Third-party and AI services

Files and services may rely on third parties, including AI model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, and hosting, scheduling, and payment providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.

10. Disclaimers

Files and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that a file will work in your setup, be error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it. Files are guidance and tools, not professional, legal, financial, or security advice.

11. Limit of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, PaperChaseWebb Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service behind the claim in the twelve (12) months before it arose.

12. Ending access

We may suspend or end access to the site or to a service for breach of these terms or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive, including license limits, disclaimers, limit of liability, and governing law, survive.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any dispute not covered by a separate agreement, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Nothing here takes away rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. Using the site or buying after an update means you accept it.
