Who it is for
Consultants and agency owners who want their agent to handle the paperwork inside an engagement without inventing prices or sending anything.
Works with
Solid chips: the agent is named in this listing's own tools list. Dashed chip: Plain Markdown, so it also pastes into other agents such as Grok Bot, Hermes, OpenClaw or Muse. We list those as compatible by format only, not as tested.
Tools needed
Cost to run: The pack is the only purchase. The checker uses no model tokens.
Time to result: Skills installed and checked in ten minutes
Sample prompts, free to use
Use the scope-of-work skill on briefs/[client]-[date].md. List every [ASK] first.

# Consultant and Agency Skills Pack Five installable agent skills that carry one client engagement from first call to handoff: discovery brief, scope of work, change request, client status update and project close. Each skill is a folder with a SKILL.md in the Agent Skills format, so your agent loads it when the task comes up instead of you pasting a prompt. Plus a read-only checker for any skills folder. ## Contents 1. What this is, and how it differs from our other packs 2. Install 3. The five skills 4. The checker: skill_check.py 5. How this was tested 6. Limits ## 1. What this is, and how it differs from our other packs - **Price, pitch and follow up** (pp-founder-sales) is a set of prompts for pricing a service, writing an offer and proposal, and following up with leads. Use it before the client signs. - **Agency Open-Loop System** (pp-agency-open-loops) turns meeting notes into team commitments and gives the owner one internal weekly report of what is still open. - **This pack** starts after the first call and lives inside the engagement: it writes the brief, the scope with its out-of-scope list, checks each new client ask against that scope, writes client-facing updates mapped to the scope's deliverables, and closes the project against each done test. No pricing prompts and no lead follow-up, so it does not repeat the other two. Every skill follows the same three rules: use only facts from your files, write [ASK: ...] where a fact is missing, and never send, post o

- What was run
- The install line on a copy of the pack, a second run over an edited file, the skills-ref 0.1.1 validator on the five skills, skill_check.py from the pack text on the skills and on one planted fault per code K01 to K10. Linux, Python 3.13.5.
- Result
- Install wrote identical files and kept the edit; validator found no errors; PASS on the skills; 10 of 10 planted faults caught alone; exit 2 on a missing folder; fixtures unchanged.
- Not run
- The skills inside Claude Code or another agent on real client notes. Windows.
Copied from this item's dated test notes. What was not run stays in.

Questions
How is this different from Price, pitch and follow up and the Agency Open-Loop System?
Those cover pricing, proposals and lead follow-up (pp-founder-sales) and turning meetings into internal team commitments (pp-agency-open-loops). This pack covers the engagement itself: brief, scope, change requests, client updates and close.

The scope-of-work skill and template (free sample)
One of the five skills from the Consultant and Agency Skills Pack: a scope-of-work skill with a template that gives every deliverable a done test and an out-of-scope list, drafts only and asks for missing facts.

Price, pitch and follow up: prompts for solo founders selling services
15 prompts for pricing a service, writing a one-page offer and proposal, handling objections and following up on a schedule, plus a read-only checker that flags a price under your own minimum, numbers that are not in your notes and which follow-up is due for each lead.

Agency Open-Loop System: meeting notes to tasks, client follow-ups and a weekly open-loop report
A Markdown operating system for owner-led agencies: turn every meeting into commitments with an owner, a date and a done test, post them where your team works, draft client follow-ups you approve, and get one weekly report of what is still open.

Ask-first rules for AI agents: hard nos, approval cards and a test set
Paste-in rules that make an agent ask before it sends, spends, posts or deletes, define what a real yes is, and stop retries after a no, plus 12 test scenarios to check it.
