Who it is for
Owners and installers who want an agent drafting customer texts without letting it send anything on its own.
Works with
Solid chips: the agent is named in this listing's own tools list. Dashed chip: Plain Markdown, so it also pastes into other agents such as Grok Bot, Hermes, OpenClaw or Muse. We list those as compatible by format only, not as tested.
Tools needed
Cost to run: Free.
Time to result: About 15 minutes to paste the rules and send the first queue
Sample prompt from the pack
List every customer message you have drafted, numbered, one card each: kind, customer first name, when it would go out, the exact text and why. Put NEEDS OWNER items first. End with: reply yes N, edit N: note, or kill N. Send this only to the owner and send nothing to customers.
The card format is in the file.

# The owner's morning queue and the same-for-everyone review ask (free sample) From the Local Services Agent Kit by PaperChaseWebb. Free to use. Works with Grok Bot, Claude Code, Codex and Hermes. Two pieces of the kit you can use today, with no script and no setup beyond a text thread with the owner: the morning queue that keeps every customer message behind the owner's yes, and a review ask that goes to every finished job the same way. ## 1. The morning queue Every message an agent wants to send a customer goes on a numbered list first. Once or twice a day (7:30 AM and 1:00 PM work for most shops), the owner gets the list and replies in one line. **One card per message:** ``` 3. CONFIRMATION job j07 Grace goes out: today 9:00 AM "Hi Grace, you're booked: toilet repair on Mon Nov 9 at 10:00 AM. Reply C to change it or STOP to stop texts." Why: Grace replied YES to the hold at 4:12 PM. Van 1 is free 10:00 to 12:00 that day. Needs: its own yes (confirmation). ``` Put anything that needs the owner personally at the top, marked NEEDS OWNER: a customer asking for a person, a STOP, a complaint, an emergency, anything about money. **The owner's reply:** ``` yes 1 2 4 edit 3: make it Thursday instead kill 5 ``` - `yes N` approves message N exactly as written. Change one word afterwards and it needs a new yes. - `edit N: ...` sends it back with the note. It returns in the next queue. - `kill N` cancels it. - Anything not mentioned stays a draft. Silence is n
Worth knowing
