Agent-Ready Storefront Check: five rules and a five-check script (free sample)
by PaperChaseWebb
From the Agent-Ready Storefront Check: five rules for a store agent shoppers can use (let the agents in, link every machine-readable file from llms.txt, Product JSON-LD with a price, a real checkout link on every paid page, no CAPTCHA on product pages), and a read-only script that checks your built site folder for them.

What you end up with
In a few minutes you can see whether an agent shopper can get into your store, find your catalog, read a price and reach the checkout.
What you get
- Five rules
- store_mini.py: five read-only checks on your built site folder
- One prompt for all four harnesses
- Worked example: 5 findings, then 0
Who it is for
Anyone who sells from a site they build and wants a quick look at whether agent shoppers can reach the checkout.
Works with
Solid chips: the agent is named in this listing's own tools list. Dashed chip: Plain Markdown, so it also pastes into other agents such as Grok Bot, Hermes, OpenClaw or Muse. We list those as compatible by format only, not as tested.
Tools needed
Cost to run: Free.
Time to result: About ten minutes to a first run on your build folder
Sample prompts, free to use
Run python3 store_mini.py on my built site folder [path]. For each finding, find the file in my repo that writes that part of the page and tell me what to change there, as a diff I can read. Do not edit anything, do not touch checkout links or CDN settings, and do not fetch the live site.
The rules and the script are in the file.

# Agent-Ready Storefront Check: five rules and a five-check script (free sample)
Version 1.0, 2026-10-29. By PaperChaseWebb. For anyone who sells from a website they build themselves and wants AI agent shoppers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and the agents that browse for people) to be able to find a product, read its price and reach the checkout. One Markdown file and one Python 3 script, standard library only. The script reads your built site folder. It does not fetch your live site or anyone else's. It was tested on its worked example (5 findings, then 0) and on a missing folder (exit 2). It was not run inside any agent harness or on a live store.
Most agent-readiness checkers take a URL, crawl the live page and hand back a score out of 100. That helps, but the fix lives in your repo, not on the page, and a score does not say which template to open. Some checkers are also stopped by the same bot rules they are meant to find, so the store looks fine to the checker and broken to the agent. This sample runs on the folder your build writes, before anything goes live, and each finding names the file it came from.

```
python3 -c "import re;t=open('FREE-SAMPLE.md').read();open('store_mini.py','w').write(re.search(r'~~~python\n(.*?)~~~',t,re.S).group(1))"
python3 store_mini.py path/to/your/built/site
```
## Five rules
1. **Let the agents in.** robots.txt should not disallow the agent user agents on product pages. Test record
- Date
- Oct 29, 2026
- What was run
- store_mini.py on the worked example, a fixed folder and a missing folder.
- Result
- 5 findings, then 0; exit 2 on a missing folder.
- Not run
- The prompt inside a harness. A real agent shopper.
Copied from this item's dated test notes. What was not run stays in.
Worth knowing
- The sample checks five rules on the built folder. The CDN and firewall bot rules export, catalog and sitemap checks, price agreement, buy controls, policies, the source map that names the file to change, owner approvals by hash and the fifteen checks are in the full pack.
- On 2026-10-29 store_mini.py gave 5 findings on the worked example, then 0 on the fixed folder, and exited 2 on a missing folder. The prompt was not run inside a harness and no real agent shopper was run against a store.
Questions
Does it send anything anywhere?
No. It reads your folder and opens no network connection.
What is in the full pack?
Fifteen read-only checks on your build and repo, a source map so every finding names the file to change, a check that reads your CDN or firewall bot rules export, store.py with a gate for agents, a report grouped by file and owner approvals tied to a hash with one use and expiry, a skill file, AGENTS.md snippet and Grok Bot rules block, ten prompts and a failure table. $19.

Agent-Ready Storefront Check: can an AI agent find, read and buy from your store, and which file fixes it
Fifteen read-only checks on the folder your build writes and the repo behind it, not a live URL: robots.txt and an export of your CDN or firewall bot rules let agent shoppers reach product and checkout pages, llms.txt links every machine-readable file, Product JSON-LD and prices agree, every paid page has a real checkout link, buy controls are links or buttons, no CAPTCHA sits on a product or checkout page, and policies are linked. Every finding names the source file to change. Source edits wait for the owner's yes; checkout and bot rule changes stay with the owner.

Agent Readiness Self-Check: score one workflow before you hand it to an AI agent
A free self-check for agencies and small businesses. Name the decision, then score one workflow across eight areas (workflow mapped, data access, approval gates, owner per agent, handoffs, cost tracking, security and vetting, measurement) with an evidence rule, three gate rules and a skeptical pass, and read your band and the next steps it allows. v1.1 starts with the decision the score will change, scores unknowns as unknown, adds rules for conflicting facts and lookalike public records, ties every band to the next steps it allows with the Production Readiness Audit before go-live, makes owner approval concrete (prepared and approved status, a one-reply approval line, decisions the agent must leave open, a done test), adds agent files for Grok Bot, Claude Code, Codex and Hermes, a second worked example (missed call to booked job), a readiness folder with a fifteen-check read-only checker, a front door test with four questions to ask anyone selling you an agent install, and a plain note on how it was tested. Still free.
Compounding Offer Audit: five rules and a five-check script (free sample)
From the Compounding Offer Audit: five rules for scoring an offer on six tests (one owner, six scores and no total, a fact for every score, no 3 on say-so, one change on the weakest test), and a read-only script that checks one small file for them.
AI Answer Visibility Check: five rules and a five-check script (free sample)
From the AI Answer Visibility Check: five rules for checking whether assistants name you (leave your name out of the question, a fresh chat each time, three runs before you call it, save the answer as it came, change your own pages with your own yes), and a read-only script that checks your saved answers.
